Introduction
The purpose of this document is to outline the requirements and objectives for automating the UK payroll process by integrating the HiBob HR system with the Pento payroll platform. This integration aims to reduce manual work and errors associated with the current payroll process.
Business Objectives
- Continue to integrate our HRIS system into more areas of the business to reduce errors and admin tasks.
- For the UK – ensure that our HRIS is a single point of truth for all employee data.
Project Scope
- In-Scope:
- Integration of HiBob HR system with Pento payroll platform.
- Automation of data transfer for starters, leavers, salary changes, unpaid leave, maternity/paternity.
- Manual input of additional payments (e.g., Gym, mobile phone duty) into Pento.
- Out-of-Scope:
- Payroll processes for regions outside the UK.
- Customization of HiBob or Pento functionalities beyond integration.
