Introduction

This document provides the Functional Specification for implementing a Balanced Scorecard in a tourism industry business that operates on a B2B model. The Balanced Scorecard will help align projects with the business strategy.

Purpose

The purpose of this FSD is to detail the functional requirements for setting up a Balanced Scorecard that includes financial, customer, internal business process, and innovation and learning perspectives. This will ensure that the projects monitored by the PMO are aligned with the strategic goals of the organization.

Scope

The scope of this FSD covers the implementation of a Balanced Scorecard for a tourism industry business with a B2B client base. It includes defining goals, measures, and success/failure criteria for each perspective.

Overview
