2. Vision Statement
The vision of the Temenos Transact Implementation Test Republic 3 project is to seamlessly transition Test Republic Bank’s 30-year-old legacy mainframe banking system to the cloud-based SaaS Temenos Transact platform. This will ensure uninterrupted access for all clients, provide a modern and efficient banking solution, and integrate seamlessly with existing third-party systems to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
3. Business Objectives
- Successfully migrate all account information from the legacy system to Temenos Transact without disrupting client access.
- Ensure all facets of Temenos Transact are fully operational by New Year's Eve, 2024.
- Integrate Temenos Transact with Paymentus for third-party payments and LendingPad for loan origination.
- Automate testing using Selenium code to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure the user interface uses only different shades of blue to maintain brand consistency.
4. Project Scope
In Scope:
- Migration of all account information from the legacy system to Temenos Transact.
- Ensuring continuous client access during the migration process.
- Integration of Temenos Transact with Paymentus and LendingPad.
- Development of Selenium code for automated testing.
- Design and implementation of a UX using only different shades of blue.
Out of Scope:
- Changes to account types or banking products.
- Development of new banking features outside of Temenos Transact’s existing capabilities.
- Major redesigns of third-party systems (Paymentus, LendingPad).
