Introduction

This document provides an overview of the user stories for the "Balance Scorecard Setup" project. The goal of this document is to capture user requirements in a simple and understandable format to ensure alignment of projects with the strategic goals of the business.

Purpose

The purpose of this User Stories document is to outline the requirements for implementing a balanced scorecard in an organization, specifically in the tourism industry. The balanced scorecard will include financial, customer, internal business process, and innovation and learning perspectives. User Stories

User Story 1: Financial Perspective

  • I want to: Implement financial perspective metrics in the balanced scorecard
  • So that: I can monitor financial performance and ensure alignment with strategic financial goals

Description

The financial perspective will include goals and measures related to revenue, profit margins, cost management, and return on investment. Success criteria will be defined based on financial targets, and failure criteria will indicate financial performance below the defined thresholds.
