Introduction
This document provides detailed user stories for the implementation of a Balance Scorecard to align projects with the strategic goals of a business in the tourism industry. The Balance Scorecard will include perspectives on financial, customer, internal business processes, and innovation and learning.
Purpose
The purpose of this User Stories document is to capture the user requirements for implementing a Balance Scorecard that ensures projects monitored by a PMO are aligned with the strategic goals of the organization.
Scope
The scope of this document is limited to the implementation of a Balance Scorecard for the tourism industry business to include financial, customer, internal business process, and innovation and learning perspectives.
User Stories
User Story 1: Implement Financial Perspective

- So that: We can track and measure the financial performance of our projects in alignment with our strategic goals
